The SMK Farm property is a 34-acre parcel of ALR land with 11.5 acres under green-house glass. Two greenhouses exist, one 5 acres and the other older one 6.5 acres.

We are  currently using our greenhouse for  R&D for the testing  and propagation of microgreens, herbs and sprouts.

Our greenhouses also allow us the ability to create Agri Business Incubator opportunities, allowing innovative Canadian and BC based agri-farm product and business starts and creating wealth and opportunity within the City of Surrey
