As a perfect complement to our SMK Farm research and development hub, we own the Heritage Valley Corporate Mountain Retreat for Marketing, which is located on Sumas Mountain, surrounded by the majesty of the Sumas Mountain Regional Park.
Heritage Valley offers corporations, country comfort and hospitality with full food and alcohol services, as well as accommodations for over 100 guests. We plan to use this to complement our farm for hosting scientist, guests and associations.
Heritage Valley Resort consists of:
- 3 distinctly designed banquet halls consisting of over 10,000 square feet: Sagebrush, Heritage Room & Terrace Room are all designed for meetings, fine dining , entertainment with dance floors, stage and top of the line sound system and lighting along with full service bars
- 3 separate corporate seminar and breakout rooms over 2,000 square feet
- A 2,000 square foot relaxing Clubhouse complete with sound system and Karaoke and a fire pit for cold chilly nights
- Each of our 29 private fully furnished 650 square foot cottages and 8 additional private suite lodge rooms complete with kitchenette easily accommodate over 100 guests
- We also have a large 2,000 square foot commercial kitchen with complete culinary team
- Our 8,000 square foot Health & Wellness Centre is complete with various treatment rooms for Chiropractic, massage, acupuncture treatments, traditional and specialty exercise equipment and 2 full size indoor tennis courts
- We also boast numerous gardens and trails for meditation, yoga and other quiet pursuits within our 30 acre property.
